Revision Policy

The number of revisions allowed depends on the package you selected. You may request as many revisions as included in your package details. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we are committed to revising your designs until your expectations are met. No additional cost will be charged as long as the design concept remains unchanged. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Any deposited funds are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved or a revision has been requested—unless Ace4Solutions cancels or terminates the contract for reasons not related to your breach or non-performance.

Refund Requests Are Handled as Follows:

• If you request a refund before the initial logo concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

• If a request is made within 48 hours of delivery, your refund eligibility will depend on project progress.

• If a request is made between 48–120 hours, your refund will also be evaluated based on the project status.

• After 120 hours, or once the final design files have been delivered, no refund will be entertained.

• Refunds will not be processed if no action has been taken on your order for 30 consecutive days. A reactivation fee will apply based on project scope.

• Refunds for bundled/custom packages (e.g., logo + website) apply only to unapproved services.

• Valid refund claims must show that the design was not based on the original brief.

• Orders made in bad faith (e.g., multiple agency submissions with refund intentions) are not eligible.

• Refunds due to priority changes or business disputes are not accepted.

• No refund is applicable for live/deployed websites or for projects where front-end development is completed.

• For eCommerce packages under £1200, developers will upload up to 500 products. For larger custom or corporate packages, uploads are limited to 1000–1250 entries.

If your request meets our refund policy criteria, it will be approved by our refund team. Upon approval, all design rights will revert to Ace4Solutions, and you may not use any version of the delivered designs. We collaborate with copyright authorities to protect original work and prevent unauthorized reuse.
